Hi there!

We’re Drs. Brooke and Lynne!

We first met over 20 years ago in college through Lynne’s husband, Dr. Mark.  After graduation, we made a point of getting together with our families once a year at the end of summer to celebrate each other, fantasy football, and life. We have grown and evolved our friendship over the years, while simultaneously growing and evolving our businesses, families, and lives.  In recent years we have spent more time traveling together sometimes with the whole family, sometimes with husbands only, and sometimes just with the girls.  We’ve done half marathons together, toured Italy together, and done multiple hiking adventures together including climbing a 14,000 foot mountain in Colorado. We have shared all seasons of life with each other including births, losses of loved ones, career changes/growth, health improvement, and health losses.  We’ve learned together, laughed together, cried together, and grown together.  We are passionate about being proactive with all aspects of health and showing up as our best, most engaged self every day.

We help you live your healthiest most vibrant life by cultivating more purpose, sharing health tips with practical wellness advice, and having honest conversations about the next phase of life…..LIFE AFTER KIDS

Today is always the perfect day to start your journey.

Hi!  I’m Dr. Lynne.  I’m a strategic thinker, reluctant entrepreneur (there’s a good story there), voracious traveler and a passionate Mom, chiropractor and wife.

Born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada, I should be living a quiet, unchallenged life in my little hometown, but instead I heard a little voice deep inside that told me I was destined for something else and listened to it.  Despite previously never having a chiropractic adjustment, I packed up and moved to Davenport, Iowa (talk about culture-shock) to begin chiropractic school and the best life path for me that I could have ever imagined.

Along that walk I met my amazing and talented husband Mark, who is also a chiropractor. We started a new practice from scratch, learning quickly what it means to be married as well as business partners.  I’ve spent the last 20 years with a passion for building a world class team whose mission it is to go out into the world every day to equip and empower people to make better health decisions and to live a clearer and more connected life through Chiropractic care and natural living.  Lots of mistakes, tears and animated discussions later, we have built one of the busiest chiropractic practices in the country and at the same time, an impenetrable partnership and epic love story.

Does that sound cheesy?

Maybe it is, but we get asked all the time what our secret is.

Here’s my answer: I can honestly say a huge amount of my personal and professional success can be attributed to having Crystal-Clear Clarity around what my Strengths are but also what the Strengths of those closest to me are. This means having an actual language to decode, describe and communicate these Strengths when it mattered most. It means intentionally and purposefully finding out what you are THE best at doing and what truly brings you joy and fulfillment. It means really seeing your spouse or your children and understanding on a deeper level their motivations and why the behave the way they do.  I’ve invested years and thousands of dollars in learning this language and I am passionate about developing systems to teach and coach others to learn to use it in their relationships with themselves and others.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and look deeper.  Here’s to making that next phase of life the best it could and should be, together.

Hey! I’m Dr. Brooke, an entrepreneur, chiropractor, wife, mother, and dog lover, committed to helping you live a meaningful and vibrant life after 40.

I can hardly believe it myself (where did the time go?) that I have been working with clients for over 20 years, incorporating clinical skills as well as real-life experiences from my own health journey. I love working with women, and therefore, established and ran a women’s wellness group for several years. My roots are in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA and I actually come from a long line of chiropractors and other healers.

Trust me when I tell you that I am a bit of a self development junkie and I’ve spent countless hours, days, and years improving all aspects of my own life and health- physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

I consider myself a work in progress and view each day as a new opportunity to grow, learn, and elevate myself and those around me.

Right now, I’m in the Boston area living my best life with my awesome husband, Ken, our three sons (who have grown up way too fast!), and two fur babies.  Nature feeds my soul! I love all things outdoors including skiing, boating, hiking, walking, and swimming.  I’m also partial to curling up on the couch with a good book and a hot cup of tea.

My core values include health, faith, family, and authenticity.

Words to live by:

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
