Dr. Brooke
Dr. Brooke Stillwell is an expert in women’s health, hormones and nutrition. She holds a doctorate degree from Palmer College and has been working with patients for over 25 years.
She’s extremely passionate about the health of moms. In addition to her two and a half decades of patient care, she has founded and led wellness groups to help women flourish in their many roles.
Dr. Brooke is a published author, speaker, co-host of the Life after Kids podcast and co-founder of LifeAfterKids.com where she reaches millions of moms globally.
She and her husband, Ken, have raised three amazing young men and are currently living their best almost empty nest lives just outside of Boston with their doting fur babies, Bristol and London.
